Highly skilled and experienced service staff and an efficient, customer-oriented Service Department provide professional backup to all our customers, throughout the plants' service life.

brüel's service always matches our clients' specific needs:

Category 1 - emergency

In case of complete production breakdown caused by brüel equipment, a brüel service expert will be available on the client's premises within 3-12 hours.

Category 2 - partial breakdown

In case of reduced production output caused by brüel equipment, a brüel service expert will be available on the client's premises within 24 hours.

Category 3 - component breakdown

In case of component breakdown, a brüel service technician will be available on the client's premises within 48 hours.

Category 4 - scheduled service

Service can always be scheduled within seven days.

Category 5 - routine service calls

brüel offers a range of optional service contracts. At regular intervals, a brüel service expert will secure maximum plant performance. A written report recommends performance improvements that may be made by brüel or by the client's own technicians.

Category 6 - communication module

Many brüel plants include a modem connection as standard which enables remote servicing and cuts the cost of service calls. In some cases, brüel can even perform repairs without interrupting operation.
